John and his team do great work! I included the before and after pictures! John and his team have done 5 jobs just an our Street alone. His signs are all over the area, and I’m happy I followed through with them! He says he's done 100 jobs just in our area alone since April, and I believe it. I like that he takes photos before and during his work to show you the process. He also guarantees the materials and product for 20 years not to leak. It shows me that he's very sure of his work. Also he brings his rescue dog to work and it’s so cute! Would definitely recommend this service.

The unexpected collapse of a brick archway on my property made me take stock of my chimney which I had been ignoring for a while. I called John from Heritage and another chimney company who had good reviews online. Fortunately for me, John was available to come and assess the situation. His evaluation was very thorough so I decided to go ahead with the work and not wait for the second appraisal. I am very pleased I did! John and his helper Luke did exemplary work and in a very timely fashion. John also checked out the inside of the fireplaces and advised me accordingly. After the job was completed in a very friendly and professional manner, the job site was swept and cleaned satisfactorily.
